All Sales are Final

At Beka Wigs we believe in providing not only the best products for our customers but also ensure their health and safety.  That’s why we have strict rules regarding the return policy of the products once sold. All sales are final and we do not accept any returns. The main reason is that each wig is custom-made even if you order from something that is already available. Remember, merchandise once sold cannot be returned. Before placing your order, we encourage you to thoroughly look at every requirement and aspect and confirm your order with a customer service representative by DM @bekawigs (link) or by email at beka@bekawigs.com or by phone at 1-718-530-2419to make sure we get the order right.

No Returns

We generally have a strict No Returns Policy. Keeping in mind the Covid-19 guidelines, this policy is even more in effect as we want to ensure that both our customers and employees are protected and safe, and to prevent any risks, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. If the product has been opened, though not used, it can still not be returned and the company is not liable to any returns, exchanges, or refunds. 

Returns Policy Exceptions

Items only in Original Condition will be considered for return in exceptional situations. In such a case, every case will be dealt on an individual basis and only be eligible after a thorough inspection and consideration from the company. This policy does not apply to Sales items. This clause does not apply to the damaged or used products either. Before, sending any goods back, you must contact the company via email or helpline to find out how you can return the merchandise and whether you meet all the requirements or not. 

RETURN SHIPPING

To return your product for a refund, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Timeline

In case, you are considered for a return, ensure to adhere to the timeline given to you by the company representatives. If you are unable to return your items within the particular period of return assigned, your claim will be denied.

We reserve the right to deny refund to the sender without prior return approval. Only unworn items will be accepted for returns within 30 days of when the item was delivered to you. We will not be accepting any returns, exchanges, or refunds on any used or opened items due to the nature of the spread of COVID-19.
